Raised on obscure vinyl and postmodern VHS, music supervisor Willa Yudell is a half English, full-fledged Los Angeles native, who’s recent projects include HBO Max’s On The Record, an important documentary that sheds light on sexual assault in the music industry, HBO Max’s wet wild and crazy documentary Class Action Park, the Epix six part docuseries Helter Skelter: An American Myth, Lesley Chilcott’s essential environmental documentary Watson, Poms (starring Diane Keaton, Jacki Weaver, Pam Grier & Rhea Perlman) and the Amazon Studios thriller The Voyeurs. Some of her favourite projects include: Atomic Blonde, SuperMensch: The Legend of Shep Gordon and an array of non-profit content & PSAs. Willa’s path to music supervision began in the film music department at Lionsgate, serving as music coordinator on The Hunger Games & Warrior. Up next for Yudell is the Netflix’s romantic comedy Wedding Season and Phyllis Nagy’s women’s rights drama Call Jane (starring Sigourney Weaver, Elizabeth Banks, Kate Mara and Chris Messina).
